What are the delivery charges for orders from Studio Tiles?

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery address provided and the product in which is being purchased.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Store?

We accept all major Credit & Debit Card payment methods using trusted and secure SagePay card processing, along with full PayPal integration.

We also accept Direct Debit as form of payment in which we ask that you carefully check the bank details in which you are sending the payment to.

We do not accept Cash or Cheques as a form of payment for any product.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary between products due to preparation limitations and carriage restrictions.

On most products; Next Day Delivery is available providing the order is placed before 11:30AM. Alternatively there will be a 3 Working Day lead time on all products. Orders placed after this time with be dispatched the following working day.

Can I delay the delivery of my Order?

We understand that space can be constricted during the process of a new project so we have given the ability to delay the delivery of your order to a future date that is more convenient to both you and your building project.

By choosing a Future Delivery Date at checkout, we will hold your order in stock and deliver out to you on this date. This gives you the peace of mind that your tiles will be readily available and reserved just for you until you are ready for them.

Please note: We will do our best to deliver on the specified date, however in the unlikely event of transport issues or constraints this date could vary. If this was to occur then we will be in contact with you to rearrange a suitable day for delivery.

Why do some tiles have long lead times?

As a company we endeavour to bring our customers the best products available from around the world. This can sometimes mean that we need to import certain products specifically for your order. As a result of this, it can sometimes mean that these products have a lead time of up to 4 weeks.

Not many of our products do have such lead times as we try our best to stock such items in our Warehouses in the UK for immediate dispatch. However, if you do purchase such items we provide Next Day Delivery as standard from the day it arrives and is processed at our Warehouse.

If you wish to purchase multiple items; some with long lead times, and others with short lead times; but require the products separately, then we ask that you purchase these in two separate transactions. Otherwise we will dispatch your entire order once all the goods are available which will be after the product with the longest delivery time has been processed at our Warehouse.

Any products with long lead times will be stated on the product page, for example:

Products with multiple available sizes may have certain sizes that incur longer delivery times than others. If this is the case then those sizes will be indicated with a * next to the size description, for example the Chateaux Champagne 50×100 below:

We only use SSL encrypted secure card processing with SagePay and Paypal.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order has successfully been placed, you will be kept up to date with the status of the products ordered.

We go to every effort to ensure all products listed on Studio Tiles are available as per the delivery options given in checkout. However, for reasons out of our control, supply issues such as stock levels could impact the availability of products that have been purchased. If this unfortunate situation is to occur we will be in contact with you immediately to remedy the situation to the best of our abilities.

Your order will be delivered to the specified delivery address given at the time of ordering using the requested delivery method.

Please ensure all contact details are correct as these will be used for text/email alerts and given to the delivery driver for use when delivering your order, should they require to contact you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once your order has been placed and full payment has been processed you will receive a full VAT Invoice via email using the details provided.

All VAT Invoices will be headed under the parent company of Tile Studio (Banbury) Ltd
